We make our jewellery to order, current turnaround is 5 working days.

Some orders such as engraving can take longer due to suppliers.

Shipping
UK Orders:
- Mainland orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 service £2.80 - Estimated 1-2 working day
- Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will be sent with Royal Mail 24 service £2.80 - Estimated 1-2 working day

Upgrade to Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery £8 (Turnaround time will still be 5 working days)

Royal Mail International tracked and signed - Estimated 3-5 working days £10.50+

Unfortunately we do not take orders via our website however you can still order from us
through our Etsy

Changing your shipping address:
​If you order has not left our workshop, we are able to amend your shipping address. Please email Popsyuk@outlook.com so we can help.​
We are unable to amend postal addresses once your jewellery has been shipped. If your order has been shipped to an incorrect address, any re-send will need to be at your own cost.

Lost packages
​​International Customers:
If your package has not been delivered within 14 working days from dispatch, please contact us so we can do some investigation.
​
On the rare occasion a order is declared lost in transit, we will either remake and resend your jewellery, or refund you.
​
Please ensure that the address on your order is correct, All of our orders are sent with tracking, we cannot offer refunds for orders that have been delivered to the correct address, but have been lost or stolen before being collected by the intended recipient.
​
Customs charges:​
Whilst we cover the cost of shipping your jewellery to you, the customer is responsible for any customs charges upon receipt of the order. Popsy Jewellery Design cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into a country.
​
EU customers should not need to pay additional customs charges and/or import VAT on orders under €150, excluding shipping. For orders over €150, additional charges such as customs duties may be payable on delivery.
​
Canadian customers
Please note that the Canadian government levies import duty on all goods above $20. The recipient will be contacted by the shipping courier (either Aramex or UPS) and will need to pay the duty before delivery.

Exchange & Returns
We want you to be happy with your order and love your jewellery! If you have a problems, contact us on receipt of your item, along with a photograph we'll be happy to help!
​
We accept returns and exchange up to 28 days of receipt, providing the piece hasn't been worn, damaged and isn't a personalised/custom made product.
​
We cannot offer exchanges or returns on:

Engraved gifts or jewellery

Rings made to order

Earrings (For hygiene reasons)

Made to order jewellery - Morse code collections for example
As the customer you are responsible for the following:

Providing the correct measurements (Bracelets/necklaces)

Providing the correct spelling/gramma (Engraving)

Proving the correct sizes for rings

Please contact us at Popsyuk@outlook.com before returning the item. We will not refund items which are returned without contacting us first. Once contacting us, after a return is agreed, please dispatch the item to us within one week.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and for any customs charges incurred by sending an item back.
​
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to get a full refund.

Breakages
​
Yes, we do offer a repairs service at Popsy Jewellery Design! Please send an email to Popsyuk@outlook.com along with a picture of the jewellery you are looking to have repaired and your order number, so we can advise further. Depending on when your piece has been purchased there may be a repairs charge for this service.
Please note, it may not always possible to repair your piece. If you have attempted to repair your jewellery at home we may not be able to repair this either.
Your order has been returned to our workshop

If your order has been returned to us by the postal service due to an incorrect address or a re-delivery or collection wasn't arranged, we are happy to re-send your order once this arrives back with us. We will require the postage cost to send this to you again, please email popsyuk@outlook.com and we would be happy to get this arranged.

Warranty
At Popsy Jewellery Design, we take customers satisfaction very seriously, and we want you to be 100% happy with your new jewellery. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will do everything we can to help.
Popsy Jewellery Design products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or breakage, we reserve the right to judge.

We pride ourselves on using high quality materials, however, we know accidental damage/breakage can happen with delicate jewellery. Items covered by the 6-month warranty are repaired free of charge. Items out of warranty can be repaired for a small fee. Therefore, should you experience a breakage while wearing or any other issue with your jewellery please contact us with a photo of the jewellery. We will then work with you to determine the best possible solution.
